Hello all, hope you are after a refreshing weekend! Meanwhile on our side we have been doing some driving around the Dingle part of the country! So to be clear, Dingle is a tiny fishing town with lots of fab original pubs and fresh fish taverns. The weather usually sucks in Dingle since it is stretching into the sea with all the clouds coming from the atlantic crushing on it, but it is this that gives to the country side around it a very dramatic look as you may see! Dingle is also known because of a dolphin that arrived in the town's port sometime in the 80s and liked it so much there he became a permanent resident. The locals named him Fungi and kind of turned him into the town's mascot! Fungi even has his own statue build, Copenhagen-little mermaid style!
